How can I contact you?
You can easily contact us by filling out the contact form on this page. Simply include your name, phone number (optional), and message; we'll get back to you as soon as possible. We currently don't use email. For a faster response, feel free to contact us directly on our official Facebook or Instagram page.
How long does it take to get a response?
We typically respond within 24 to 48 hours. During busy periods, such as sales or new product launches, this may take a little longer, but we always strive to respond as quickly as possible. For urgent questions, social media messages are generally faster.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you would like to change your size, color, or shipping address, please contact us immediately via the form or send us a message on social media. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will try to update your order. Once shipped, changes will no longer be possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges for size issues or damaged items. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing photos if necessary. We do not offer refunds, but we will offer an exchange or store credit depending on the situation.
Where are you located?
We operate entirely online from Bangladesh and deliver nationwide. We currently do not have a physical store, but all our products are carefully checked and packaged before delivery. Follow us on social media to keep up with our news and offers.
